- Is the status quo seen as unsustainable?
Without collective awareness, no lasting change is possible.
The way forward
The driving force behind engagement.
- Is the vision clear, credible and inspiring?
- Is it understood at all levels of the organisation?
- Are the teams its true ambassadors?
A strong vision provides purpose, but it is not enough on its own.
The ability to deliver
The transition from intention to action.
- Is there a concrete, structured implementation plan?
- Are actions prioritised, monitored and managed over time?
- Is the pace of transformation under control?
It is through execution that transformation takes shape.
Resistance to be overcome
The factor that is often underestimated.
- Is organisational inertia identified and measured?
- Is resistance, whether explicit or implicit, being addressed?
- Is there a plan in place to reduce it in the long term?
If left unaddressed, friction undermines all other efforts.
